Northeast College wanted much more than to simply modernize their online experience; they envisioned a new website built on the deep history and reputation of the New York Chiropractic College that also reintroduced the institution as an increasingly diverse source of graduate-level education in natural healthcare. The parallel tracks of this initiative with a major name change and rebrand effort made this something of a moving target. Digital Wave® worked closely with the Northeast team to execute a content strategy that conveyed a progressive attitude and a focus on student outcomes, embodied by intuitive navigation and an action-oriented experience. This included a planned evolution for content revealing the name change and the vision behind it, and relevant guidance to academic options for students. We provided content support to guide the team through populating the new architecture with existing and new content in order to ensure cohesive style and messaging, along with consultation to ensure a successful launch.
